Inside the large warehouse marked by a red roof, there are three pure white huts. One sells the company's products, which is a Tokoname pottery manufacturer, one where you can experience making one-of-a-kind pottery, and the other is a kitchen stand that serves coffee. They also hold workshops on making miso using soybeans, rice malt, and salt from Aichi Prefecture. (Schedules for miso-making workshops are posted on Instagram.) The jars used in the workshops are Tokoname ware jars, which they have been making since their founding in 1967. The traditional brown jars and the versatile "CROCK" jars, which have stylish flat lids, are convenient and ideal for making fermented foods such as pickles and miso.
