We use local ingredients and fermented seasonings from Minami Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture. Our dishes are created from a seasonally changing menu that offers exclusive flavors only found in this location. We craft classic Japanese cuisine fused with the local food culture to concoct one-of-a-kind flavors. We have also been featured in the Michelin Guide.
